Founder & President
Aaron Jaramillo is the President of Loial Inc., where he spends his days steering the ship and helping the team do their best work. He loves taking big, messy problems and breaking them down into simple, practical plans. When he’s not working, you’ll usually find him on the golf course or in the kitchen experimenting with something new. Whether it’s business, golf, or cooking, he’s all about getting a little bit better every day.
Chris Streetz
Account Executive
Passionate about growth and development, Chris Streetz began his tech career as a Business Development Representative and, through dedication and mentorship, he transitioned into an Account Executive role. Driven by a love for fitness and teamwork, Chris enjoys collaborating with others to reach common goals.

Madison Talcott is an experienced Networking and IT professional with a focus on inside sales, currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative at Loial. Entering the IT world in 2015, she has built a strong foundation in sales support and internal operations. In her role, Madison supports the sales team by managing internal processes, coordinating efforts across departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Cooper Jaramillo is an IT professional from Albuquerque, New Mexico, with over seven years of experience specializing in Splunk. As a Splunk Architect for the past two years, he has designed and managed some of the largest Splunk environments in the state, delivering scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance operational performance and visibility.
Elizabeth Keller
Security Advisor
Liz Keller is a Security Advisor specializing in firewall management. With a strong focus on securing digital infrastructure, she is responsible for configuring, monitoring, and optimizing firewall systems to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats. Liz has hands-on experience with enterprise grade firewalls such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Checkpoint, and integrates firewall strategy with broader threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response efforts. She is committed to helping keeping networks safe across diverse environments.

Alexander Alvara
Security Analyst
Alex Alvara is a seasoned Cybersecurity Analyst and Splunk Administrator with a proven track record of building and securing enterprise-grade environments. He has led the deployment and optimization of full-scale Splunk and Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) environments, developed secure communication channels between SCADA and enterprise networks, and rolled out Universal Forwarders and Heavy Forwarders across complex server infrastructures. Alex’s deep experience with cybersecurity alerting, threat detection, and SIEM integration makes him a trusted partner in safeguarding critical systems. With a background in software engineering and a Computer Science degree from the University of New Mexico, Alex has worked his way up in the field—bringing both a strong technical foundation and a hands-on understanding of real-world cybersecurity challenges. A U.S. Army veteran and lifelong problem solver, he’s committed to delivering practical, effective solutions for clients. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, traveling, and maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle.

As Executive Chief of Staff at LOIAL, I manage key financial functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and commissions. I ensure accuracy, organization, and efficiency across all financial processes. My role supports smooth operations and helps drive the company’s overall success.
Cody Jackson
Principal Sales Engineer
Cody Jackson recently joined Loial as a Principal Sales Engineer, where he leverages his expertise in cloud architecture and security to design and deliver innovative, scalable solutions that drive business growth. Known for his consultative approach, he helps organizations navigate complex technical challenges while strengthening their infrastructure’s performance and resilience. Outside of work, Cody enjoys studying the board game Go, rock climbing, and spending time with his three rescue cats.
